IMPORTANT WARNING :

Once students apply for the residence permit online, they must submit the “student registration form for residence permit” along with the required documents specified in the form to the International Student Office of the University’s Directorate of Student Affairs Department on the same day they complete their online application (or the following business day, if applied weekend), between 10:00-11:00 A.M in the morning or between 15:00-16:00 P.M in the afternoon.
