IMPORTANT WARNING :
Once students apply for the residence permit online, they must submit the “student registration form for residence permit” along with the required documents specified in the form to the International Student Office of the University’s Directorate of Student Affairs Department on the same day they complete their online application (or the following business day, if applied weekend), between 10:00-11:00 A.M in the morning or between 15:00-16:00 P.M in the afternoon. ! It is mandatory for students who hold Turkish citizenship and have completed their High School
education abroad to upload a document indicating all their entry and exit dates to and from Turkey
covering the entire duration of their high school education to the application system no later than
1 July 2025 at 17:00 P.M. Failure to comply with this requirement will result in the application not being taken into assessment.
