ANKARA UNIVERSITY ANNOUNCEMENT REGARDING INTERNATIONAL STUDENT ADMISSIONS
As per the decision of Council of Higher Education’s General Assembly dated 23.11.2023, it has been stated
that examinations related to International Student Admissions (YÖS) conducted by universities themselves
have been abolished; and within this respect, the AYÖS examination conducted by Our university will no
longer be taken into consideration or under evaluation for international student admissions for the Academic Year of 2024-2025.
As of 2024-2025 Academic Year, the programmes that admit international students based on students’ success rating will only be accepting the TR-YÖS examination. These programmes will include: Medicine, Dentistry, Pharmacy, Veterinary Medicine, Nursing, Midwifery, Law and all Engineering programmes.

Attending The examination, Students are to refer to TÖMER Center on The 4th Floor.

DATES OF FOREIGN LANGUAGE LEVEL ASSESSMENT EXAMINATION FOR COMPULSORY PREPARATORY CLASS :
Date: October 5 – 6 2023, Thursday – Friday at 10 A.M
( The examination will be conducted in TWO sessions, therefore participation to both is essential.)
Attention: Examination is conducted face to face at the School of Foreign Languages of Ankara University.
Regarding the details such as, examination time, rules etc. , our student are required to follow the announcements at www.yabdil.ankara.edu.tr . The responsibility as to the subject matter lies within the students.
